Significance: The site is revered for a sacred rock that bears the handprint of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism. According to legend, Guru Nanak performed a miracle here by creating a fresh water spring to quench the thirst of his companion, Bhai Mardana, and the locals. This act is said to have marked a turning point in the spiritual journey of a local saint, Baba Wali Qandhari, who later became a follower of Guru Nanak.
